Life a little at a Time Adds Up

Oh, Lord yes I have, lol!  There is no pain like bone broken pain. One time I had a pain in my foot and I didn’t know what was causing it. So I went to the doctor, they x-rayed and couldn’t find anything. Then it kept getting worse, so I went to the ER. They x-rayed it and said they weren’t sure but they think there may have been a hairline fracture. Sent me to an orthopedic. At that office they x-rayed and multiple different angles and did come to find out that there was not only a hairline fracture, but it evolved into a full fracture. Now I had to wear a cast from the beginning of my toes all the way up to halfway up my calf. Six weeks, unfortunately, at that six week appointment, the fracture had not healed. Another six weeks. Finally after 12 weeks, three months, I was able to get the cast off. It was not fun at all. I’ve had multiple sprains, but that break drove me nuts.
