The snack I’d have right now…

What snack would you eat right now?

Having had Bariatric Surgery, I have to watch what I eat and make more wise decisions on eating. It’s important to have higher protein, low calories and sugar.

Easy, huh?! Um, yeah, that’d be a no.

So I’ve been recently making my own snack: I take 30g protein packed Chiobani Greek yogurt, and I put in some granola, and some Catalina Crunch cereal. (My current favorite is WALMART cinnamon granola with apple cider donut flavored Catalina Crunch (or Pumpkin Pie) then mix it all up and eat it. So good! It’s like a healthier Rice Krispie treat!
